Don't be the road block to your own answers, instead take God at his word. Refuse to believe a watered down version for yourself. Believe that he is able and he will answer you! Yes you!

Believe his promise and let your thoughts, prayers and actions align and reflect that you believe God.

Don't let what you see and hear take precedence like the Israelites who at 1st report didn't believe that they could have victory in the land that God had promised and led them to. Afterall they had seen giants.
Instead take God at his word!
And the Holy spirit is here to help us understand, believe and align with His word!!

This has been me before. I now try to be cautious when I'm acting and thinking or even praying in a way that doesn't believe God.
